For Immediate Release
Fort Worth, Texas. School is starting soon. School supply shopping is fully underway. Moms across the metroplex are pinning school lunch ideas. Part of preparing for school, if you are the parent of a child with allergies, is making sure your child’s school is well informed of your child’s allergies and stocked with any medications your child might need in case of an allergic reaction.
At the Fort Worth Moms Blog (FWMB), we have allergy parents covered in our Tarrant County Area Food Allergy Moms Neighbor Group. Our Neighbor Groups help bring together moms based on geographic region or shared topics of interest. This is our solution for taking our big city and making it feel small; our way of taking the online FWMB community and fostering real-life, face-to-face friendships and support systems for moms in our area. This group shares news and information about medication changes, costs, and shortages, along with developments in research, protocol, and legislation. It is a focused resource for food allergy families in the community. Our hope is to create a safe place for moms from all walks of life to share stories and receive encouragement.
Fort Worth Moms Blog is available for interviews and appearances to share information about our Neighbor Groups.
