Summertime is right around the corner; that means it is time to plan fun activities for your kiddos. We have put together a great list of summer camps for all ages, stages, and interest levels. From sports to art to computer to nature, Fort Worth Moms Blog is sure to have something listed that will appeal to your child. We hope this is a helpful resource as you make summer plans for your family!

All Saints' Episcopal School Summer University

Summer University at All Saints

Looking for opportunities to keep your child active and engaged this summer? Summer University has the answer! Summer University at All Saints’ offers more than 140 classes to encourage academic growth, stimulate imagination, and keep students active. Students ages three through high school seniors can participate in classes including (varies by age): robot transformer creation, equestrian, art, Sky Ranch launch camp, field hockey, ACT/SAT Prep, golf, LEGO® engineering, choir, summer musical on Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka KIDS, sailing, chess, soccer, college application essay writing, cooking, and many more. Camp BRIT

Camp BRIT

Dig in, get dirty, and experience outdoor fun at Camp BRIT! Camp BRIT is the innovative summer experience that takes your child’s brain outdoors for fun and stimulating learning. Campers spend the week exploring the natural world around them and the wonders of nature in the BRIT and Botanic Garden setting.

Monday – Thursday, June 11 – July 12 (see website for ages)

Kimbell Summer Camps

Fun, challenging, and exciting! Five afternoons of creative activities for children (ages 6–12) to explore connections with Kimbell masterpieces and special exhibitions. Members’ registration week is March 19 – 23, and general registration opens March 26. 

Dates: July 16 – 20 and July 23 – 27 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.

NTPGA Junior Golf Foundation Summer Camps

The Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation teams up with local golf courses and facilities to conduct week-long summer golf camps to introduce kids to the game of golf. Kids learn full swing fundamentals, putting, chipping, bunker play, rules, etiquette, and safety. This summer, the NTPGA will be conducting camps at 15+ locations across DFW. The cost of camp is $275, which includes a custom-fit set of golf clubs, PGA professional instruction, FREE access to select nine-hole courses across DFW, and more! All camps are open to boys and girls, ages 6 -12.

Pump It Up

Pump It Up

Pump It Up Fort Worth offers summer camps that are full of bouncing, jumping, and creative activities! Weekly camps offer fun and engaging activities to make your child’s creativity shine. Full- and half-day camp options available for children ages five – 12. 

Date: Weeks of June 18 – 22, July 16 – 20, and August 13 – 17

River Legacy's Summer at the Science Center

Learn from the best classroom on earth: nature! From outdoor adventure camps to interactive, engaging hands-on classes for students ages three to eighth grade, Summer at the Science Center is sure to beat those summertime boredom blues!

Weeklong age-appropriate programs investigate the wildlife, ecology, and environment of River Legacy Park with explorations in animals, water, eggs, slime, and more! seventh and eighth graders explore the science behind roller coasters with a trip to Six Flags!

Dates: June 11 – 29 and July 9 – 27

Rogue Brick Builders' Lounge Robotics & Architecture Summer Camp

Rogue Brick Builders' Lounge

Let creativity, imagination, and engineering run wild at our exclusive Robotics and Architecture summer camp! Build motorized structures based around your own theme and design. Rogue Brick experts will guide each student from concept to completion and the will supply over 500 pounds of LEGO bricks to make it happen. Cost for the camp is $100 and for children ages five and up.  

Rogue Brick is a play space and resale store for all ages. They sell daily passes to play at the 30-foot build space while moms and dads build along or catch a much needed break.

Dates: June 18 – 22 (FULL), July 9 – 13, July 23 – 27, and August 6 – 10.  All camps are 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. 

T Bar M Camps

Camp is one of the most lasting, rewarding experiences parents can give their children. T Bar M staff build self-esteem and give kids a sense of independence all while growing their faith. From overnight camp for first through 11th graders, to day camp for kindergarten – fourth graders, campers and families have the experience of their lives.

Dates: Ten week-long sessions throughout the summer start June 4

TCU Summer Camp

Summer is right around the corner, and TCU summer camps are offered for youth entering first – twelfth in fall 2018. Choose from photography, weird science, 3D game design, drone building, SAT preparation, and so much more! Extended coverage for those campers needing to be dropped off early or picked up late is available on many camps. Register by April 30 to be entered in a drawing for a free camp (some restrictions apply)! Register online or by phone.

Dates: June 4 – August 9 with full- and half-day options.
