Ready to kick off the Fourth of July holiday? The Fort Worth Moms Blog has done our research and found the best celebrations for you and your family to attend. Located all across Tarrant County, there is sure to be one near you. So get ready for some fun, funnel cakes, and fireworks to celebrate the Fourth! 

July 4th Fest Presented by Coke (Six Flags in Arlington) \ July 1 – 4 \ Bring a can of Coke for early entry to the park each day. Each night will feature a fireworks and laser show around 9:45 p.m. Admission costs vary.

Light Up Arlington (Downtown) \ Monday, July 3 \ Vendors and activities at 6:00 p.m. Listen to a variety of live music while waiting for fireworks at 9:45 p.m. This event is free.

Arlington 4th of July Parade \ Tuesday, July 4 \ 9:00 a.m. \ Find a spot early and enjoy this two-hour patriotic parade that covers two miles through downtown Arlington and the College Park District. Each year, about 70,000 people come view this well-attended parade. This event is free.

Texas Rangers Post-Game Fireworks Show (Rangers Ballpark) \ Tuesday, July 4 \ Game starts at 7:05 p.m. \  Rangers vs. Red Sox. Ticket prices vary.

4thFEST Independence Day Celebration \ Tuesday, July 4 \ Food Court opens at 4:00 p.m. with Fireworks at 10:00 p.m. \ Live music, a variety of family friendly activities, festival food, and a fireworks show round out this event. This event is free, but some activities, parking and shuttle, and Bedford Splash Water Park charge a fee.

Burleson Lions Club 4th of July Parade \ Tuesday, July 4 \ 9:00 a.m. \ The 13th annual event is organized by Burleson Lions Charitable Programs, Inc. This event is free.

Independence Day Concert & Fireworks \ Tuesday, July 4 \ The 90-minute concert, featuring Trio Grande, starts at 7:30 p.m., followed by a fireworks show set to patriotic music, which is scheduled to start near 9:20 p.m. This event is free.

Celebration of Freedom \ Saturday, July 8 \ Festivities kick-off with a parade starting at 10:00 a.m. starting at Crowley High School.  More fun continues at 5:00 p.m. at Bicentennial Park with food, vendors, live music, and an evening fireworks show. Free admission.

3rd Annual Billy Bob’s 4th of July Picnic \ Saturday, July 1 \  7:00 p.m. \ Come to Billy Bob’s to watch the Eli Young Band, Green River Ordinance, and Charlotte Leigh kick off the 4th of July weekend. Prices vary. 

Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra (Botanic Garden in Fort Worth) \ July 2, 3, and 4 \ 8:15 p.m. \ Bring the family out for a picnic on the lawn as you listen to patriotic marches, military salutes, and a fireworks show to conclude the evening. Ticket prices vary.

Stockyards Fourth of July Celebration \ Tuesday, July 4 \ Noon – 4:00 p.m. \ Free family fun including cattle drives, live music, gunshot fights, and face painting. This event is free.

Fort Worth’s Fourth (Panther Island Pavilion) \ Tuesday, July 4 \ Gates open at 2:00 p.m. \  Kidszone includes pony rides, bounce houses, zip line, watersides, and more. Festival fare, live music, tubing, jet ski and flyboard shows, and fireworks at 10:00 p.m. Blankets and lawn chairs encouraged, but coolers are not. General admission is free.

Granbury’s Old Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration \ July 1 – 4 \ The community’s signature event, draws tens of thousands to Granbury with a parade, contests, rodeo, live shows, and acclaimed fireworks. Free admission.

Lone Stars & Stripes Celebration \ July 3 – 4 \ Gates open at 3:00 p.m. and activities include horse racing, family fun park, live music, and a fireworks show each evening. Prices vary. 

July 4th Fireworks Extravaganza (Lake Grapevine) \ Tuesday, July 4 \ This 45-minute fireworks show can be viewed from any lakeside location. Some parks along Lake Grapevine may charge a minimal admission fee.

Hurst Stars & Stripes \ Tuesday, July 4 \ Activities begin at 5:00 with a fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. This event is free. 

Red, White, & Rockin’ Kids Triathlon \ Sunday, July 2, 2016 \ Kids ages six to 15 can get a good workout before all the July 4 feasting begins! Entry fees may vary.

Rockin’ 4th of July \ Monday, July 3 \ 7:00 p.m. \ Celebrate Independence Day on the 3rd at Big League Dreams Mansfield Sports Park with rock ‘n’ roll, food, family activities, and fireworks at 9:30 p.m. This event is free.

Northeast Tarrant County’s Annual Family 4th Celebration \ Tuesday, July 4 \ Food, fun, and family-friendly entertainment will start at 5:00 p.m., with a fireworks display beginning around 9:30 p.m. 

Roanoke’s 3rd of July \ Monday, July 3 \ 8:00 p.m. \ Features bounce houses, rock climbing wall, train rides, fireworks, food, music, and more. This event is free.

Stars & Stripes \ Monday, July 3 \ 6:00 p.m. \ Kids will love the KidZone, the balloon artists, candy art making, strolling characters, craft station, and live entertainment. This event is free.

Spark in the Park \ Tuesday, July 4 \ 4:00 p.m. \ Celebrate with live music, bounce houses, food, and fireworks show at 9:00 p.m. Admission is free.
